What Credits Are
Credits are the usage currency for AI-powered actions in Projectory.
2. What Credits Are Used For
- Proposal generation → 10 credits per proposal
- Form fill & e-sign → 1 credit per page (all pages counted, including signature-only pages)
- Additional AI features (requirements extraction, answer generation, etc.)
3. Credits Included by Plan
- Professional: 300 credits/year
- Business: 600 credits/year
- Enterprise: Custom
4. Credit Expiration Rules
- Credits last for the active subscription period
- Credits expire at the end of the subscription term
- Freemium trial credits last 30 days
- Purchased add-on credits expire after 30 days
5. Upgrading & Downgrading Rules
- Upgrading: Any remaining credits roll into the new plan
- Downgrading: Credits remain available until the current subscription ends
- Cancellation: All credits expire at subscription end
6. Buying More Credits
- Minimum add-on: 10 credits
- Bulk discounts supported
- Credits are applied immediately
